Our Warranty Promise
Warranties for machinery and tooling can be complicated and confusing. At Cera Packaging we want to make things as simple as possible. We accept that things go wrong and our priority is to make sure you are inconvenienced for as little time as possible, so in the event of a problem the quickest way to deal with it is to 01933 318 185 and we will immediatley find a solution that suits you.
All the machinery and tooling that we sell includes a 12 month parts and labour warranty. (Excluding misuse).
In most cases the warranty is on an RTB basis (return to base). With larger machinery, every effort will be made to send an engineer to your premises. If possible, on RTB warranties we will offer a substitute machine/tool until your product is assessed, repaired and returned to you.
