the customer or buyer is anyone who has an order accepted by the seller contract means any agreement for the supply of goods or services to the customer by the company goods and services means anything forming the agreement to supply the customer quotations supplied by the company to the customer are only acceptable for 30 days from the date of the quotation contracts only become applicable once the customers order is accepted by the company quantities and sizes cannot be guaranteed and may vary by + or - 10% prices are quoted without VAT,shipping costs,and insurance, and any other taxes. the company reserves the right to increase or decrease it's prices or shipping costs or withdraw products without notice payment of all invoices by the customer must be made in full including shipping cost prior to despatch delivery dates are estimated as the company cannot guarantee third party delivery. However wherever possible despatch of stock items will be made with 48 hours of receipt of payment. If the customer does not take delivery the company will deem the order to be cancelled and may make a charge to return the item(s) to the company's stock or the buyer may be charged a re-delivery fee delivery dates to the customer are estimated only. Third party deliveries cannot be guaranteed.Late delivery is not the responsibility of the company goods that are not available at the time of order may be subsituted for a similar product by agreement between the company and the customer any claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
